Great for our hybrid team

I was looking for a solution for our hybrid team for ages, and Workleap's Hybrid Work Management has been fantastic! It's so much easier to coordinate schedules and see who's in the office or working remotely. The tools for internal communication are also super helpful. It really made a difference in how connected everyone feels, even when they're not in the same room. I'm telling everyone in my network about this!

Good value on annual plan

I signed up for Workleap's Employee Experience Platform a few months ago. I was really looking to get the most bang for my buck, so I went for the annual billing to snag that 20% off. It made a pretty big difference in the overall cost. The platform itself, especially the performance management tools, has been useful for our small team. I think it was a solid investment, especially with the discount.

Officevibe worked well

We just wrapped up our first quarter using Officevibe for employee engagement surveys, and it was pretty smooth. Setting it up was straightforward, and getting folks to actually use it wasn't a chore. The reports gave us some good insights, and it was neat to see the team's mood change over the weeks. Definitely made our weekly check-ins more productive. No complaints here.

Does anyone know if Workleap integrates with Slack? Our team uses it heavily for internal comms and it would be a dealbreaker if it didn't sync up.

B Brett 1 month ago
Yep, it does. Pretty sure it links up with both Slack and Teams actually. Makes things a lot smoother for notifications and stuff.

Can confirm, we've got it integrated with Slack at my place. Works fine for things like pulse surveys and recognition.

Considering Workleap for our small non-profit. Does anyone know if they offer a discount for non-profit organizations?

A Anna F. 1 month ago
I believe they do have a non-profit discount! I remember seeing it mentioned somewhere. Worth checking their site or just asking their sales team.

F Faith 1 month ago
Yeah, I think I heard about that too. Definitely inquire with them directly, usually, these companies are pretty good with helping out non-profits.

What's the deal with their annual billing? Is it a significant saving compared to paying monthly?

D David R. 1 month ago
Oh yeah, totally worth it if you're planning on sticking with it. You save a good chunk, like 15-20% usually.

M Mike 4 weeks ago
Definitely. We went with annual and it made a noticeable difference in the overall cost. Pretty standard for SaaS platforms.

How long does the free trial last for Workleap? Want to kick the tires properly before committing.

L Laura J. 1 month ago
It's 14 days, I think. Enough time to get a feel for it without getting too deep.
5
P Paula L. 1 month ago
Yep, two weeks. We used it to try out the main features with a small group before getting the full subscription.

Hey guys, thinking of signing up for Workleap, but wondering if there are any current promo codes floating around? Don't want to miss out on a deal if there's one available.

M Marcus Okafor 1 month ago
From what I saw, they don't really do public promo codes. It's more about the annual billing discount or if you get a special quote for a big company.

K Kate Carter 1 month ago
Yeah, I tried looking too when we signed up. Best bet is usually the annual plan for that 15-20% off. Or if you're a startup, they might have something for that.

Can you actually cancel your subscription anytime, or are you locked into a contract for a certain period?

C Colin Kaur 1 month ago
If you're on monthly, you can cancel whenever. Annual plans obviously commit you for the year, but that's typical.
5
N Nick E. 1 month ago
Yeah, I canceled a monthly plan once, it was super easy, no issues. Just remember if you pay annually, that's what you're paying for.

I'm looking at Workleap vs. Lattice for employee engagement. Has anyone used both and can give a quick comparison on what they liked/disliked about each?

P Phil Beaumont 1 month ago
We actually switched from Lattice to Workleap (specifically Officevibe). Found Workleap's surveys and feedback loops to be more actionable, and the manager coaching tools were a big plus for us. Lattice felt a bit more generic for our needs.

J Julia Kim 1 month ago
Hmm, I haven't used Lattice but I've heard good things. Workleap has been solid for us, especially the 1:1 meeting tool and goal setting. It really depends on what features are most important to your team, both are pretty comprehensive.
